Required Documents for License Application
The documents required to apply to schools in America are generally as follows.
Documents required for high school graduates:
- High school diploma
- Note chart (transcript)
- Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) or American College Test (ACT) results
- Test your English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or
IELTS (International English Language Testing System) results
- Reference letters
- Statement of Purpose
- Application fee
- Bank letter
- Portfolio (for fine arts and architecture faculty)
- Resume
- Interview (after some schools have evaluated your

The documents required for students who are currently studying at a university:

Important: In order for your documents to be accepted by the American public authorities,
certified English translations must be prepared.
- Passport (must be valid for at least six months from the end of the stay in the US)
- Passport with the latest US visa issued (if applicable)
- DS-160 Non-Immigrant Visa Application Form confirmation page
- A 5 x 5 cm color passport photo taken in the last 6 months
- I-20 Form from the School Exchange Visa Information System (SEVIS)
- Student Exchange Visa Information System (SEVIS) I-901 fee receipt receipt
- Transcript from sealed envelope
- Resume, invitation letter, document showing military status, research plan (for Iranian citizens)
- Bank account statement or official income statement and bank records if you are working
Mother – your father or your sponsor
- For payroll employees; last 3 months payroll
- For those who own a workplace; the activity certificate of the company, tax levy, signature circulars,
photocopy of the trade registry gazette (showing current capital distribution) - A photocopy of the title deeds, if any, if the property is possessed
- Photocopy of lease contracts if rental income is available. At least the last bank account
3 month old original extract will be added. English translations of the visa documents are idealist
